Histopathology and immunohistopathology of cardiac benign metastatic leiomyoma. Much of the tumor was hyalinized, but scattered areas showed fascicles of cytologically bland spindle cells with interspersed thick-walled blood vessels (A, 40X magnification; B, 200X magnification).
